The Role:

  • Conduct market mapping to identify relevant organisations and senior talent
  • Source and engage executive-level candidates through direct outreach and networks
  • Build and refine longlists/shortlists supported by robust research insights
  • Contribute to search strategy development and client-facing deliverables
  • Conduct initial screening and candidate assessment
  • Prepare briefing packs, talent intelligence reports, and industry insights
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date search progress within CRM systems
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and leadership movement

The Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum ABB at A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • Degree from a Top 20 university
  • Internships or commercial experience highly desirable
  • Highly ambitious with a strong drive for career progression
  • Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
