The Role - Executive Researcher

Conduct market mapping to identify relevant organisations and senior talent

Source and engage executive-level candidates through direct outreach and networks

Build and refine longlists/ shortlists supported by robust research insights

Contribute to search strategy development and client-facing deliverables

Conduct initial screening and candidate assessment

Prepare briefing packs, talent intelligence reports, and industry insights

Maintain accurate and up-to-date search progress within CRM systems

Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and leadership movement

The Ideal Profile – Executive Researcher

Minimum ABB at A-Levels (or equivalent)

Degree from a Top 20 university

Internships or commercial experience highly desirable

Highly ambitious with a strong drive for career progression

Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
