About The Role:

You will be head-hunting top-tier talent for your clients. Attend in-person meetings to form relationships with your clients and understand their hiring needs. Outreaching new companies and negotiating terms of business. Researching and mapping the market, identifying good candidates. Reaching out and connecting with prospective candidates. Selling the role that you are working on and persuading talent to work with you. Scheduling and providing interview prep. Negotiating salaries and closing deals!

  • Achieved a strong set of A-Levels
  • Ability to form relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborative and mature worker
  • Commercial experience is ideal
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to put the effort in to see rewards
