You will be head-hunting top-tier talent for your clients, attending in-person meetings to form relationships with your clients, and understand their hiring needs. You will be outreaching new companies, negotiating terms of business, researching and mapping the market, identifying good candidates, reaching out and connecting with prospective candidates, selling the role that you are working on, and persuading talent to work with you. Additionally, you will be scheduling and providing interview prep, negotiating salaries, and closing deals!
The Ideal Candidate:- Achieved a strong set of A-Levels
- Ability to form relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborative and mature worker
- Commercial experience is ideal
