The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2016, we have gone from strength to strength to establish ourselves as one of the leading players in the space. Our main focus is working within the US Construction market as the fees are higher and the earning potential for you is much larger! There are plans in the pipeline to open a Miami office in summer 2025, having already successfully opened in London and Dubai. We are looking for driven individuals who understand how great of an opportunity this is.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with the likes of Bechtel Corporation, Kiewit and Black & Veatch to name a few. You’ll gain exposure to all our clients from day one and even get the opportunity to meet them (which involves an all-expense paid trip to the United States!). Our motto is simple - quality over quantity always.

- £27.5k base salary which increases to £30k after your 3 month probation!
- On target earnings in year 1 through promotions and commission of £55k!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
- Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
- Negotiating deals.
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially Driven - a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
