A FinTech recruitment firm are hiring 6 fresh faces for a September start. You will earn a minimum of £50k in your first year.
The Company
Working across the FinTech space, you will have the chance to develop your industry knowledge, built through client relationships and an excellent training programme. You will work with international banks, big brand names, and boutique financial institutions. You will receive 1-1 coaching from the director of the business, as well as attend a 6-week training programme built and developed from a team of proven recruitment experts. This will give you all of the tools needed to be successful in your career, build up an excellent client base, and be well on your way to earn over £60k in your first year.
With a huge emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will work together to achieve both your individual and team targets. With any areas you are struggling in, there will be a group effort to help adjust your methods and help you be the best you can be.

The Role
- Winning new clients through business development
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria through client meetings
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Interview candidates and pairing them with suitable job opportunities
- Managing the application process and liaising with clients and candidates
- Closing deals and earning yourself commission
- Working towards your revenue targets (individual and team)
- Building your network

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
