Our client is hiring 3 fresh faces to join their boutique recruitment firm, working within the tech space. They are already dominating the UK, so they want to expand their expertise to the US markets as there is even more money to be made there due to the higher salaries. With the top biller bringing in over 700k in revenue, the earning potential is incredible with this firm.

The Incentives:

  • Training period lasts 6 months and then promoted to consultant where you get a pay increase to 32k
  • After promotion – WFH 1-2 days a week depending on whether you’ve hit targets for the month
  • 2x holiday targets a year – win a free holiday to Ibiza, Marbella, Lisbon or Geneva
  • Client meetings once a week – lunches/drinks
