This is a trainee recruitment consultant role within a high-growth firm specialising in financial services recruitment, including:
- Private Equity recruitment
- Hedge Fund recruitment
- Investment Banking & Financial Markets
- Senior-level executive hiring support
You’ll be trained from day one through a structured 12-week development programme, designed to turn ambitious graduates into high-performing consultants, no prior recruitment experience required.

- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £50K+ Year 1)

The Role
You will join a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with clients and candidates across the financial markets sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client hiring needs and define job requirements
- Source and headhunt candidates using social media platforms and databases
- Screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Negotiate offers including salary and contract terms
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Support onboarding and successful placement delivery
