This client works within the finance sector, placing junior level associates all the way up to CFOs. This industry is extremely lucrative and so your commission cheques will be larger than in other sectors. This company is looking to expand their desk and have 5 new starters join their company. You will get one-to-one training from the directors, guiding you on how to be successful and bill big fees quickly in your career.

- OTE of £40k in your first year, and £60k in year 2

The Role:
- Offering your services and doing your own business development to gain clients
- Negotiating deals and contracts after understanding what they are looking for out of a candidate
- Understanding the market and offering advice to clients
- Sorting the commission structures that you will work with
- Sourcing your candidate through cold-calling, headhunting, networking, advertising and looking through the CV database
The Perfect Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above OR solid sales experience (e.g. working with KPIs, commission, door to door sales, cold calling, tele sales)
- Confident over the phone
- Articulate
- Financially motivated
- A positive mindset
- A hard worker
