The Company

The Role
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Candidate Sourcing: Search for potential candidates using databases, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Resume Screening: Review and filter applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Initial Communication: Contact shortlisted candidates via email or phone for further evaluation.
- Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct Interviews: Participate in or conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate fit based on interviews, tests, or feedback.
- Offer Negotiation: Discuss salary, benefits, and other employment terms with successful candidates.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the new hire's onboarding process by preparing the necessary paperwork.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics, track progress, and report to management.
- Follow-ups: Keep candidates informed of their status throughout the process.
The ideal Candidate
- Degree educated (ideally 2:1 or above) or relevant sales experience
- Confident and commercially minded - looking for someone to hit the ground running
- Competitive - a desire to be on top. A background in a competitive hobby/sport is desirable
