What The Role Entails:
- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
- Build and maintain relationships with very impressive clients, proactively winning new business
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
- Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
What You Need:
- A degree from a top 50 university
- Confident, personable, and ability to form long-lasting relationships
- Previous commercial work experience (sales experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve success
- Motivated to become a big earner
