You'll work with hedge funds, investment banks, AI startups, and high-growth technology companies across Europe, APAC, and the US, helping them hire elite talent including Quant Researchers, Traders, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Cyber Security specialists. What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates across the FinTech and technology markets
- Building relationships with Quant Researchers, Traders, Software Engineers, AI Specialists, and senior technology professionals
- Partnering with hedge funds, investment banks, and fast-growth startups to understand their hiring needs
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and market mapping
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a specialist within your market and building your own client portfolio
- Working with clients and candidates across Europe, APAC, and the US
