What you will be doing:
- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
- Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
- Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
About you:
- Degree-educated with a grade of 2:1 and above (subject doesn't matter)
- Strong work experience to prove what hard graft looks like
- Personal and professional achievements, such as sports or awards
- Evidence of being money-motivated and goal-orientated
- Energetic and friendly - being able to build rapport is so important!
