The Role
- Active business development by bringing on new clients
- Source candidates for roles by mapping your market and screening potential candidates
- Organise and prep candidates for interviews
- Secure offers and negotiate deals
- Make placements and earn commission
The Incentives
- 27.5k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- Promotion after half a year
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- OTE in year 1 = 50k
- 28 days paid holiday including birthday and bank holidays
- Work from home every Wednesday after promotion

The Profile We Want
- 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background, either individual or part of a team
- Confident and charismatic
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, B2C, cold calling, door to door)
