What The Role Involves
Supporting end-to-end executive search projects across global technology markets
Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor analysis
Identifying and engaging senior-level and C-suite talent
Producing research reports, candidate shortlists, and industry insights for clients
Working closely with consultants and clients throughout live search processes
Building knowledge across high-growth technology sectors and international markets
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and research skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Commercially aware and intellectually curious
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Previous research, recruitment, sales, or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential
