The Benefits:
- 28k base salary, increasing to 32k within 6 months
- Promotion is target based; make a certain number of deals and you will be promoted (most are promoted within 5-6 months)

The Job Role:
- Fast-paced, sales-based role, aiming to connect clients and candidates within the finance space, set up interviews and make a successful placement
- Manage the process end to end by negotiating contracts with clients and taking the candidate through the interview process, guiding them with helpful tips to boost their success when in interviews
- Build your knowledge on the market and advise clients on the best moves and when to hire
- Create a strong pipeline of candidates. With this, you need to be organised and precise with not only your diary, but your clients and candidates as well
- Get your candidate the offer and receive your well-earned commission!
