SSV Suites is a fast-growing serviced office and wellness space provider with three sites across North London — North Finchley, Holloway Road, and our newest and largest location on Finchley Road. We offer flexible offices, beauty and wellness rooms, virtual offices, and short-stay accommodation. We're scaling fast and looking for a driven marketing manager to fill our spaces.

The Role:

  • 10 hours a week, fully flexible — but results are non-negotiable.
  • Your primary KPI is 5 confirmed viewings per week, minimum.
  • You'll own social media content, direct outreach, and lead pipeline management.
  • Work smart, hit the target, earn commission on every booking you convert.
  • This suits someone who knows how to generate leads efficiently and doesn't need hand-holding.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage SSV Suites' presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Run direct outreach via WhatsApp Business, email, and DMs to generate leads.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and qualify prospects.
  • Keep directory listings live and accurate (Gumtree, Hubble HQ, Office Hub, UK Therapy Rooms, Loopnet/Costar).
  • Conduct viewings for potential clients on any of the sites.
  • Track every lead from first contact to signed booking.
  • Post 3–4 times per week across social platforms.
  • Send brief weekly pipeline updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales-led marketing.
  • Strong written communication and confident outreach style.
  • Self-starter who works independently and hits targets.
  • Organised - you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups timely.

Compensation:

  • Paid hourly base (10 hrs/week).
  • Commission on every office booked - your upside is unlimited.
