The predicted salary is between 34511 - 36621 £ per year.

Salary: NJC scale 6, point 18 (actual salary £34,511 per annum) rising annually to a maximum of NJC scale 6, point 22 (actual salary £36,621 per annum) (inclusive of Outer London Weighting) plus first aid allowance, when qualified.

Hours: 40 hour week (8:00am to 4:30pm) - term time only (plus INSET days)

Contract: Permanent

Ruislip High School is looking to appoint an experienced and highly efficient school office and administration manager. The role would suit a proactive and highly motivated person who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team and will be pivotal in the effective and efficient running of the school office, reception, medical welfare and administrative functions. The job will require both hands-on involvement as well as line management. Previous experience of line management/staff supervision is essential. This position deals with a wide variety of people and therefore requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
