We are looking to appoint committed, energetic, and enthusiastic people to join our team of teaching assistants within the Special Resource Provision and work with our exceptionally inquisitive children. The post involves working as part of the Inclusion Team to provide support across the SRP for pupils with SEND, in particular Autism. There will also be occasions when the post holder will work under the direction of a class teacher to support and deliver quality-first teaching.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has the drive, determination, and enthusiasm to enhance the learning experience across the SRP in our school;
- Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills, and has the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues;
- Has a commitment to working in partnership alongside parents and the local community;
- Is willing to undertake personalised CPD/training in order to support the children they work with.
