Job Overview:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support the Ruijie Reyee's growth objectives within a specific region and multiple countries. This role involves leading and coordinating marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, events) to meet regional goals. â‘ Social Media management: establish and maintain local social media pages, communicate product information, events, success cases, and interact with partners' page. â‘¡Exhibition management: select the most valuable local exhibitions, plan and implement exhibit strategies. â‘¢Event management: Planning and implement local Marketing events together with partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region.
- Marketing Insight: establish the marketing profile for local customers, including customer profile, marketing preference, etc.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and vendors in the region.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all regional initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HQ MKT, GTM, Product Managers, sales and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or territory-based strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- English as a working language. Mandarin is a plus.
