Ruijie Networks is looking for a Service Engineer in London to provide technical support to system integrators, distributors and channel partners, build local service processes, support partner capability development, and collaborate with TAC/R&D teams on technical issues and new product testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-line technical assistance and support to system integrators, distributors and T2 channel partners.
- Establish service support and RMA processes, and manage service delivery quality in covered countries.
- Develop partner technical support capability through regular post-sales technical training and workshops.
- Collaborate with TAC teams to address partner and end-customer support requests.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on new product feature and POC tests to support global release.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical experience in sales support, maintenance or technical support for enterprise network products.
- Experience with mainstream enterprise networking vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei Enterprise or Juniper Networks is preferred.
- Experience in system integration or value-added distributor environments is preferred.
- Fluent English communication.
- Technical skills in switching, routing, wireless LAN and network orchestration/integration are required; campus network experience is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, HPE ASE/Master ASE, Aruba ACMP, HCNP/HCIE or JNCIP/JNCIE are preferred.
- Strong ownership, resource coordination capability and communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
- Able to work in London and comply with local work authorization requirements.
