Rugged Interactive is hiring a part‑time Inside Sales Representative to join us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with the opportunity to extend and potentially transition into a permanent role for the right person. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on strengthening our sales foundations and unlocking value from existing demand.
About Us
Rugged Interactive is a small but fast-growing and ambitious high‑tech play and fitness equipment company. Our flagship product is the ‘CardioWall’, which we sell into schools, retirement communities, mental health wards, rehab units and gyms. Our biggest and most exciting market is ‘Active Fun’, where we sell our interactive tag systems, football targets and reaction games into trampoline parks, family entertainment centres and indoor playgrounds all over the world. We have our HQ in Cornwall and our commercial office in Bristol, which is where this role is based.
About the Role
The initial focus of this role will be to review, prioritise, and re‑engage 1,000+ historic sales leads as part of an initiative to unlock additional pipeline value and improve sales effectiveness. This work is critical to improving pipeline visibility, CRM quality, and future sales performance. Alongside this, you’ll support inbound enquiries, qualify opportunities, contribute market insight, and help embed strong sales and CRM processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing, cleaning, and prioritising historic sales leads
- Re‑engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
- Running discovery calls to reassess needs, fit, and timing
- Building pipeline or clearly closing out leads in CRM
- Owning CRM data quality, updates, and reporting
- Supporting inbound enquiries and opportunity qualification
- Following up with customers post‑delivery to ensure satisfaction
