- Automated Journeys & Flow Management
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated lifecycle flows and journeys (e.g. welcome, browse/cart abandon, post-purchase, winback).
- Help maintain and optimise email and SMS sign-up modals, forms, and acquisition entry points to support list growth and conversion rate optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention through testing, iteration, and continuous optimisation.
- Own documentation of flow logic, testing learnings, and ongoing improvements.
- Localization and QA
- Execute lifecycle activities across multiple European markets, including coordinating German-market localisation and campaign support where needed.
- QA entry points regularly to ensure functionality, correct data capture, and seamless integration into CRM systems.
- Carry out thorough QA checks across campaigns, flows, languages, devices, and markets, reviewing links, tracking, segmentation logic, dynamic content, and rendering.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and consent best practices, including GDPR requirements for European markets.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor and report on lifecycle performance across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.
- Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting, pulling performance data and summarising key trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Maintain dashboards, test-and-learn documentation, and reporting hygiene.
- Work closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Analytics, and agency partners to manage creative briefs, asset requests, feedback cycles, and approvals.
