The role will provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Rugby School Governing Committees. The individual will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the Clerk to the Governors and Committee Chairs. The role will involve assisting in the organisation and smooth running of governance processes across Rugby School Group. This includes preparing and distributing papers, minute-taking, maintaining action logs, liaising with governors and staff, and supporting compliance with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). The postholder will also support the monitoring of the Group's policy review cycle., Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers, online searches (including the dark web) and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
