We are currently looking for a Nursery Room Leader who has amazing people skills and a proven track record in leading a team to run our baby room. You will need to build the special relationship with parents through your communication and actions and give them the confidence that they are leaving their most precious baby in safe hands. You will have a hands-on approach to running the room, always modelling good practice. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has high standards for their room.
