Here at Rugby School Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Bookings Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role and be responsible for the day to day financial operations for the Sports Centre, managing reconciliation of daily transactions, invoicing and debt recovery. You’ll also look after the existing activity bookings, both internal and external, and be responsible for dealing with all new activity enquiries and have a proactive approach to increasing bookings.

We’re looking for someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills including telephone and email, has excellent attention to detail, who is able to prioritise their workload and work well to tight deadlines.

Responsible to: Sports Centre Manager

Contract Type: Part Time, could have opportunity to grow with the business

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 0900-1500

The School is a boarding and day school in full operation seven days per week including evenings during term time. Pastoral, co-curricular, cultural and sports activities take place outside normal day-school hours, and candidates will be expected to contribute fully to these activities.

The Rugby salary scale is a generous one and accommodation is offered.
