To support this expanding global network, we are seeking a skilled, proactive and friendly Administrator to join our small, dedicated team based at Rugby School.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our international operations, supporting colleagues working across multiple time zones and projects. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the RSG office.
About the Role
The Administrator will provide high quality administrative support to ensure the effective day to day functioning of Rugby School Global. Working closely with the RSG Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Managing email correspondence and diary schedules
- Producing documents, presentations and correspondence using Microsoft 365
- Supporting the preparation of agendas, papers and minutes for internal and external meetings
- Welcoming visitors and assisting with enquiries
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation
- Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information securely
- Supporting RSG events, logistics and general office organisation
- Acting as a friendly and reliable first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
You will be an integral member of a small, supportive team, contributing to the delivery of projects across Rugby School's global partnerships.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional, warm manner with colleagues, parents and visitors
- The ability to multitask, manage busy periods and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support a variety of tasks
- An understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements
Experience working in a school environment or a customer facing administrative role would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Join Us?
Rugby School is a welcoming community with a strong sense of belonging. As part of the Rugby School Group, you will benefit from:
- Generous pension contributions
- Staff discounts (sports centre, swimming lessons, school fees — subject to eligibility)
- A beautiful working environment
- Free onsite parking (subject to availability)
- Opportunities to engage with and support our global network of schools
