Contract: 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: £26,428 FTE, £23,111 Pro rata
Are you organiser, proactive, and passionate about supporting a vibrant educational environment? Rugby Free Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Finance Support, Attendance Support, and School Marketing professional.
About the Role
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in managing financial processes, supporting attendance monitoring, and promoting the school's positive image through social media and event coordination. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth running of our school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor financial transactions in accordance with procedures.
- Manage the finance mailbox and assist with year-end audit preparations.
- Support attendance monitoring, including updating registers and spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff regarding attendance issues.
- Promote the school positively on social media and coordinate event bookings such as Open Evenings.
- Provide administrative support to the school and contribute to its friendly, respectful environment.

- Has experience in finance administration and record-keeping.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Is confident in using office software and social media platforms.
- Shows resilience, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
