This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Manager in organising the variety of events that are held at the Benn Hall which include conferences, tribute bands, tea dances, soul nights, weddings and parties.
Youll be assisting the Manager in the day to day operation of the Benn Hall. Youll be managing the Show calendar and bookings, including technical requirements, health and safety, assisting customers with enquiries and conducting viewings of the facilities.
You will be responsible for the security of the building when on duty including locking up at the end of events. Your working pattern will be varied including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Youll need experience in assisting in managing the daily operations of a large public access building, including experience at a Supervisory level with experience of bar and stock control. Alongside this youll be willing to work unsociable and flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
