About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our busy Bereavement Services Team. As a Bereavement Services Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and sensitive handling of bereavement arrangements in burials, cremations and memorials. This position requires empathy, discretion and the ability to handle documentation and information with confidentiality and care. The role also involves dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone, providing front-facing service to our customers. Please note this role is fully site-based.

About you

You will have previous administrative experience with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable dealing with the bereaved in often stressful circumstances, with a high level of customer focus and the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people.
