About the role

This is an important and highly visible front-line role representing the Council on a daily basis to all Borough users and residents whilst ensuring that the highest standards of waste and recycling collections are met at all times.

Youll be collecting refuse, green / food waste, and dry recyclables from wheeled bins or other specified containers as part of the Councils Domestic Waste Collection Contract and Commercial Waste Collection Service.

About you

Youll need the ability to carry out physical work outdoors in all weather conditions and experience of working to laid out specifications.

Youll also need to be flexible with working additional hours as required and the ability to work Bank Holidays and additional statutory days.
