About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Project Management Team to provide administrative support on large capital housing and commercial projects and within our housing acquisition programme. Working as part of a team under the direction of the Construction Project Manager, the Project Officer will take responsibility for administrative, technical and customer support for projects. About you We are looking for excellent team players with good administrative and communication skills to help us plan these projects and see them through to delivery and completion. The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines but most importantly work with a range of stakeholders including senior officers of the council, Elected Members and contractors. An interest in construction or a related discipline would be advantageous but is not essential. Flexible working hours / arrangements will be considered for the right applicant.
