Full Time – 37 hours a week

About the role
Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer focused Housing Officer into their Housing Services Team.
You will be providing patch-based housing management, and tenancy and estates management support to the housing service team to enable our tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy.
You will work on both proactive and reactive service delivery, taking a holistic approach in ensuring we assist our customers in sustaining their tenancy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team where we want our tenants to succeed.
About you
Ideally you will possess a good working knowledge of sustainment and enforcement with experience and understanding around all aspects of housing management and the legislation that underpins it.
Alongside this you will need experience of dealing with the public both face to face and by phone and be able to deal with pressurised situations in a controlled and effective manner.
