About the role This role is a Fixed Term Contract with a duration of 2 years.

As a Housing Maintenance and Voids Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of the Property Repair Service team, delivering effective day to day maintenance, repair and improvement services to our tenants.

You’ll be working collaboratively with tenants, contractors, legal representatives and colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes.

This is a varied role where you’ll be undertaking a range of duties such as - Inspection of occupied and void properties Inspection of properties for mutual exchanges and incentive moves Investigation of complaints, disrepair claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases Damp, mould and condensation investigation...
