Need head chef for our bistro restaurant in Walthamstow Village. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Ruff’s Bistro.
Responsibilities:
- Full kitchen management and daily operations.
- Menu development and seasonal specials.
- Stock control and supplier management.
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation.
- Managing and training kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
