We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our delivery team, based in Central London and/or Scotland. We measure our success by creating beautiful, accountable buildings and places. We enjoy working closely with clients, questioning briefs where needed, and delivering thoughtful, well-resolved architecture within an engaging and creative environment. Role Overview
The Project/Package Architect will take ownership of projects through all RIBA work stages, with a primary focus on stages 4–5. Responsibilities include technical delivery, coordination of consultants, client liaison, and site involvement. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency, confidence in project leadership, and a collaborative mindset. Working within our delivery focused teams, Gateway and Building Warrant information, as well as site coordination, will be central to the role.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- ARB-registered architect with 5 years post-Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering projects across RIBA stages independently, with particular strength in stages 4–5
- Strong technical knowledge and a good understanding of UK building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and NBS specifications
- Clear communication skills and strong organisation
- Confidence working directly with clients and managing small teams
