The Role: Warm opportunity to work across industry teams – Digital Marketing, Tech Sales, or Digital Media. All Consultants will be offered a warm desk with clients/jobs to work on from day one. Involves using executive search methodologies including market mapping. Required to create and build a candidate network. 95% of roles are permanent opportunities ranging from £80-£150k. 70% of clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients; 30% are B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc. Ability to generate a candidate network using LinkedIn, their database (Bullhorn), and advertising. Work with top industry brands including Yahoo, Warner Bros, Disney, The Telegraph, etc.
