The Role:

A superb opportunity to join an existing team of 6 as a Principal Temp Consultant, taking over a hot desk generating £300k+ with the potential to increase this to £500k.

Placing PAs, EAs among other executive support roles within market leading Investment Management Firms. Clients include top Private Equity firms, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investment firms etc.

You will be working to deliver the highest standards and build strong relationships through Candidate development, Client development and Account Management.

The opportunity to host roundtable and other key networking events.

Due to internal promotions, there is an amazing career opportunity to step up in a management role within 18 months and oversee some of the team.

The Person:

You will have a strong track record having built a successful desk in Business Support and having progressed to a Senior or Principal Consultant level. Seeking leadership in the near future, you take great pride in all that you do, imparting these high standards of excellence, skills and traits to others.

Utilising your tenacious mindset, generating new business in a consultative and considered way is still something you enjoy and are able to adapt your style to each client.

You will be driven, career-minded and have a naturally commercial mind including solving hiring challenges for your clients.
