The Person:
- An experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter who thrives in a 360 role.
- Ambitious but humble, confident in your abilities, and genuinely care about building something long-term.
- Experience across both interim and perm, or you’ve specialised in one and are curious to expand.
- Ideally, you’ve worked across newly qualified to senior finance levels and understand the pace of working with PE-backed businesses or mid-sized C&I firms.
- You’ve had some consistency in your career and are now ready to help shape a London business you can be proud of.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and excited by the chance to have a real impact from day one.
The Company:
- This is a well-established and highly successful recruitment business with multiple UK offices and a turnover of £1m+ NFI per month.
- They are cash-positive, profitable, and have seen double-digit year-on-year growth in early 2025.
- Their culture is what truly sets them apart—multi-award winning in employee engagement, high retention, and led by a forward-thinking, hands-on leadership team.
- There’s no ego, no big-biller special treatment—just a genuine passion for building careers and championing individuals who bring value, energy, and fresh ideas.

The Role:
- You’ll be joining the early build phase of a new London team, with realistic plans to grow to five heads by the end of 2025—and longer-term ambitions to become a 40–50 strong flagship hub.
- This is a senior-level 360 recruitment role within Accountancy & Finance.
- Working with Commerce & Industry clients, including many PE-backed portfolio companies, recruiting roles from newly qualified through to FC, FD and CFO levels.
- Whether you favour interim/temp or perm, there’s space to shape your desk—and, in time, your own team or niche.
- You’ll have a high level of autonomy, industry-leading tech, no threshold, and access to a national network of existing client relationships, especially within group finance and executive search.
- Expectations are realistic and with full support behind you to get there.
