  • Would suit an experienced Perm 360 recruiter from their industry sector, however, the client is happy to cross train.
  • Track record of candidate attraction to include headhunting & networking to build successful relationships.
  • Passionate about recruitment; you will need to be sales-focused with a commercial approach.
  • Solid career history with a track record of success.
  • Would suit a consultative, detailed approach to working with excellent communications.
  • Would appeal to an experienced recruiter looking for little day-to-day management but wants to be part of a successful team.

The Role:

  • Warm opportunity to work across their industry teams – Digital Marketing, Tech Sales or Digital Media.
  • Roles to work on from day one!
  • All consultants will be offered a warm desk with clients/jobs to work on right away in addition to a jobs list of 5-10.
  • Their approach involves using executive search methodologies including market mapping.
  • You will be required to create and build a candidate network.
  • Roles are 95% perm opportunities and sit across £80-£150k.
  • 70% of their clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients, the other 30% is B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc.
  • The ability to generate a candidate network using LinkedIn headhunting, their database (Bullhorn) and advertising.
  • Working with top industry brands including Yahoo, Warner Bros, Disney, The Telegraph etc.
