The Person
- You will be an experienced Senior Recruiter or Managing Consultant within the HR Recruitment space, completing a billing role.
- Looking for that next step up to Management or as a Manager looking for an opportunity to create a new team around you.
- You will be confident in your ability as a Recruiter/Manager who will help elevate this existing HR area forward in line with the company’s growth plans.
- Will suit someone with a strong client and candidate network in the HR space but there is plenty of existing business to work with from day already.
- Exposure to Temp, Contract and Perm Recruitment is preferable along with a track record of achievement and building relationships.
- Your role will be hands-on billing as part of your role in leading the team.
- Ability to source and build out a network of HR candidates for the business.
- Would suit someone with the vision and passion to bring ideas and bring to life a new area of the business to complement their successful other divisions.

- Typically, their consultants are billing £200k- £250k per year minimum.
