This small but mighty consultancy is delivering project management and building surveying services to a large portfolio of commercial clients and is currently seeking an autonomous and experienced Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor.
You will be delivering a range of core Building Surveying services:
- Dilapidations (both Landlord and tenant)
- Project Design and Contract Administration
- Surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- Monitoring of Tenant Alterations
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Project Management (including familiarisation with DB contracts)
- Party Wall matters
While you will work mainly with occupier entities including major corporates and retailers, you will also have increasing exposure to landlord work including asset management mandates, PRS and Student Accommodation.
There is plenty of flexibility to work from home or their office near Covent Garden as you wish to fit your work/life balance. Some travel is required as they have clients all over the UK.
