Leading independent, employee-owned built asset consultancy where teamwork and collaboration lie at the heart of everything they do, are looking for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on a number of interesting projects while acting as main client liaison as well as providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- You will manage property and business support issues in the Thames Valley Region, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and best practice.
- You will control the budget for property and infrastructure in the Region.
- As the operational manager you will be responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit and delivering annual and medium-term business plans.
- You will manage resource planning and take responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
- You will be MRICS and have strong experience in one or more of the Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation or Healthcare sectors.
