A dynamic Project Manager is required by an international real estate firm to work across a range of projects including residential, student accommodation, and education, where you will be comfortable with project delivery relatively autonomously.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to push up to Senior Project Manager fairly quickly while working as part of a supportive and fun team.
The ideal candidate would be a Project Manager with some experience in student accommodation or another residential sector, BTR, PBSA, and with good knowledge of administering JCT contracts.
