The company has strong connections in the logistics and industrial sectors, working with well-known clients on projects including asset refreshes, lease-end improvements, EPC upgrades, and refurbishments up to £5m.

They are looking for an industry leader to establish and develop their new-build capability in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be a credible, influential figure capable of shaping and growing this area of the business.
