As Project Manager for this leading Developer you will be responsible for driving and delivering complex improvement projects within the accommodation and hospitality sectors.
You will have excellent commercial acumen allowing you to work with existing accommodation assets (hotels, PBSA, build-to-rent) to deliver structured upgrade programmes for clients/operators as well as being able to increase revenue streams from the assets.
