My client has one of the largest teams of Chartered Surveyors in the property sector, operating from regional offices across the UK. Their depth of experience, specialist expertise and strong local knowledge enables them to support clients at every stage of the property lifecycle, from acquisition and ownership through to development and disposal.
As their Building Surveying team continues to grow, they have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Cambridge office. This role provides hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects and surveying instructions. You’ll work on schemes within residential, education, industrial and commercial sectors, gaining exposure to a variety of professional services.
You will collaborate with an impressive client portfolio, including major retailers, local authorities, museums, universities, colleges and property investors. You will have a minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree in a RICS-accredited Building Surveying or related course with a genuine passion for the built environment and the surveying profession and the ambition to become a Chartered Building Surveyor, with the drive to progress through the APC.
