Independent multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join a fast-growing and ambitious Building Surveying team in London or Surrey.
You will work closely with the Head of Building Surveying, playing a key role in expanding the team and client base, while helping to shape best practice, technical standards and commercial performance.
This is a senior-level role offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of instructions for clients across multiple sectors including commercial office, prime & super prime residential, retail and arts & leisure. The majority of this work is based in London and the South-East, with opportunities to contribute to high-profile and technically challenging projects.
You will also be expected to mentor and support junior surveyors, guiding them through their APCs and helping develop the next generation of Chartered professionals.
