As a result of continuing business growth and client demand, this leading built asset consultancy has an exciting new opportunity for a Director level Building Surveyor to lead their Dilapidations service line in London. You will help lead the National Dilapidations service line across the company UK wide, forging relationships with both internal and external investment and institutional clients to deliver market leading consultancy advice and reporting into the Head of Dilapidations for the UK.
