As a result of continuing business growth and client demand, this leading built asset consultancy has an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Building Surveying to lead the dilapidations service line in London working for high profile investor, institutional logistics and retail clients.
You will help lead the dilapidations service line across the company, forging relationships with both internal and external investment and institutional clients to deliver market leading consultancy advice and reporting into the Head of Dilapidations for the UK.
Existing clients include Railpen, Aviva Investors, Legal & General, Grainger, Knight Frank Investment Management, GIC, abrdn, and M&G reaching across several sectors, including industrial, office, purpose-built student accommodation and build to rent.
